Announcing Everyone Deserves Love: A Novel About Finding Home in Another Person
I'm thrilled to share that my new novel, Everyone Deserves Love, is now available. This book has been a labor of love—one that explores what it means to be seen, to be brave enough to let someone in, and to believe you're worthy of connection in a world that often tells us otherwise.

The Story Behind John and Hank
At the heart of this novel are two men who couldn't seem more different on the surface. John Mason has spent most of his life trying to be invisible. As a shy gay chubby nerd who finds solace in books rather than parties, he's perfected the art of taking up as little space as possible. He's learned to navigate a world that can feel hostile to people like him by simply... disappearing.
Then he meets Hank Palance in a college bookstore. Hank is confident, athletic, everything John believes he can never be. But what starts as an unlikely friendship becomes something neither man expected. Through late-night conversations about sci-fi movies and life's bigger questions, something shifts. John finds himself falling for the one person he thought he could never have.

For Hank, the journey is equally transformative. He's built his entire identity on keeping things light, casual, easy. He's never let anyone too close, never risked the vulnerability that real connection demands. But John makes him want things he's never wanted before—genuine intimacy, true presence, the terrifying possibility of being truly known.

When Everything Changes
The turning point comes when John is violently attacked for who he is. In that moment, Hank discovers just how far he's willing to go for the person who matters most. What follows is the harder battle: learning to heal together, navigating trauma and therapy, and doing the terrifying work of being honest with themselves and each other.

This novel isn't just a love story—though it is that. It's about survival and healing. It's about the transformative power of connecting with someone. It's about two people learning to trust the world again, and more importantly, learning to trust each other.
